Once again a big congratulations to Kings Bowling and their newest opening in Orlando:

Kings Bowl Orlando is a retro-style bowling alley, full-service lounge and restaurant, swanky bar and entertainment center all rolled into one 30,000 square foot building. Orlando Informer was invited to Kings for an evening of great food, fresh cocktails, facility tours, bowling, and the Kings sign raising before their doors officially open on Monday, April 15.

Even though I’m not much of a bowler, I spent three hours at Kings without ever feeling bored, and the only time I set foot near the bowling lanes was to take pictures. For those of us not inclined to rent bowling shoes, it is great that we can spend an entire evening at Kings fully entertained. However, if you are an avid bowler or just enjoy bowling for a little fun, they have 22 ten-pin lanes in their facility for you to use.

They also have private bowling areas, like their King Pin Room see just above, which can be reserved for large groups or any kind of party. I got the chance to speak to the event planning staff at Kings, and their other venues in Massachusetts and Illinois have hosted everything from birthday parties to bachelorette parties to rehearsal dinners in the King Pin Rooms and private sections.

A BIG shout out to Punch Bowl – Social Food & Drink

All of us at US Bowling give a big shout of Congratulations to Punch Bowl – Social Food & Drink a fantastic combination of fun, games and food under a 24,000 square-foot house in Denver. PBS, as it is known, opened in November of 2012 and is the latest high entertainment family fun concept that features, Ping-Pong, marbles table, deck-shuffle, shuffleboard, darts, pinball, Foosball, pool, board games, video games and of course our favorite and specialty bowling.

PBS offers daily breakfast, lunch and dinner so whenever you crave a little escape with friends and family you have a relaxing and safe place to go. US Bowling and PBS executives first met to discuss our bowling concepts and how to incorporate it with their vision. Immediately, we started work and our footprint is, well, all over the floor.  We contributed custom art and graphics, bowling lanes, above ground ball returns, pinsetters and state-of-the-art automatic scoring and much more.

We are grateful for the opportunity and pleased to work with such a fine company. We look forward to a long and rewarding relationship that pushes the boundaries of excitement and fun so people looking for something just a bit different can find it.

THEY ARE SCHEDULED TO START CONSTRUCTION ON A NEW LOCATION IN ORLANDO, FL. THIS WILL BE THE 3RD LOCATION THAT US BOWLING HAS HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF BUILDING. THIS NEW LOCATION WILL BOAST 22 LANES OF OUR HIGH END BOWLING EQUIPMENT AND OUR STELTRONIC AUTOMATIC SCORING EQUIPMENT.

Berks Lanes and Limerick Bowl

Berks Lanes and Limerick Bowl - both owned by Al Blough of PA underwent some recent renovations.  Berks Lanes received 48 lanes worth of new masking units along with our custom glow graphics throughout the house.  Of the 48 lanes 8 lanes were turned into an 8 lane private area with our Video Masking units.

Limerick Bowl also received 40 lanes of masking units of which 8 of those were Video masking units as well.  US Bowling also provided new table tops for the facility and we will be providing our high end black Teflon coated seating to replace their existing seats.

Congrates to the EFF team for their new purchase: 4 lanes of our Rollerball Small Ball System. These 4 lanes have now found a new home down by the beach. The 4 lanes of Rollerball is also accompanied by an existing laser tag facility and several video games. The Rollerball system has created a new anchor for this facility and the owners are very excited to have this as a part of their facility.

Edison’s Entertainment Complex in Edwardsville, IL – Congratulations to Matt McSparin and the team at Edison’s for your new 12 lane bowling center and FEC facility.  US Bowling had the honor of supplying Edison’s with 12 lanes of high end bowling equipment that included our 3 lane MegaMedia masks across the house.  We also supplied Edison’s with our upscale bowling furniture which is part of our Celebrity Series furnishings.  Also included in this installation was the Audio Visual and lighting throughout the 30,000 square foot facility.

Wine Country here we come

U.S. Bowling is headed to Napa! While we are there we may take in the beautiful sights and sounds of wine country and even grab a bottle of the finest grapes the valley has to offer. But before we get ahead of ourselves bowling is our #1 priority because it always is.

So a big congratulations to Meritage Resort (located at the southern tip of Napa Valley in California) for completing a 131,000-square-foot $40 million expansion to their already gorgeous facilities. The grand opening is May 17 and U.S. Bowling is honored to be a part of such grand eloquence. Meritage Resort added 165 hotel guest rooms to an already impressive 155 rooms opening the opportunity to experience the wine country for even more people

But what gets us really excited is the Crush Ultra Lounge, a sports-themed entertainment space and bar with six luxury bowling lanes brought to you by US! U.S. Bowling is pleased to be the contributor of six 10 pin string machines which is a much more efficient and cost-effective bowling operation. Additionally, we have also supplied the state-of-the-art audio, video and lighting throughout the bowling lounge. Plus, the furnishings are all our designs too.

A big congratulations to Kings Bowling and their newest opening in Rosemont, IL. This 29,000 square foot facility boasts the king’s ransom for entertainment and done with a retro nod to the past but with 21st century cutting-edge technology.

More than 600 people can flock under this megaplex and bowl on one of the 20 full-size 10-pin bowling lanes or shoot pool in the Royal Room which features three full size billiard tables. And it’s not all hands-on games at Kings since there are more than 50 big screen, high-def televisions and projector screens. If your favorite team or sport is on TV, it’s on at Kings.

But that’s not all.
